International Call Back allows you to make calls from another country back to the U.S. at lower rates than you would normally pay by using a long distance carrier from another country. You can also receive call back rates at U.S. prices for your calls from one country to any other country.

An international call back service works like this: A customer outside the U.S. calls from a pre-registered number in another country, dials an access number and hangs up after one or two rings. The U.S. computer immediately calls back the caller with an open U.S. line. The caller then makes his/her call as normal. They may dial a U.S. number or a number in any country, using the U.S. phone lines.
